Procedure : How to make Deviled Eggs recipe at home

  1. Cook eggs See the note above for instructions to cook hard-boiled eggs using boiling, baking, or instant pot.
  2. Peel the eggs and then cut them in half, lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolk and place in the bowl.
  3. Stir together the mayonnaise, pickle flavor and mustard.
  4. Mash with a fork until smooth.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste. If necessary, add more mayo, Greek yogurt or mustard.
  6. Add one tablespoon to each egg white to fill back.
  7. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  8. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika just before serving.
